Chevron Conveyor Belt are used primarily when the angle of incline becomes too steep for a smooth conventional conveorbelt . The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding backwards as would be the case with a smooth surface belt . Different cleat designs allow the carrying of many types of material , from bulk solids to unit load

Characteristics:
On surface of the belt, there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern maybe either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types: high, medium and low.
Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern.Pattern shape and height (depth) maybe different because of different conveyed material and gradient of conveyor.
lt can convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of no more than 40℃.lt can also convey packaged materials.
